Disinfection fluid to use with the AG-800 fogger - 500ml bottle. Created by a biotech company, our sanitiser creates a lasting barrier (up to 30 days) and uses a process called lysis, which forms a protective barrier that kills pathogens on contact.
Boasting Umbelliferol and Thymol as its active ingredients, the FLD-05 disinfection fluid is an effective antibacterial agent. It gives you the ability to kill a variety of bacteria, yeast, fungi, and viruses, as well as inhibit oxidation and provide deodorisation in a natural and safe way.
Working by denaturing the viruses proteins, the FLD-05 antiviral agent is incapable of binding to human cells but is extremely effective against both the influenza virus as well as general pneumonia.
The Antiviral agent is Thymol and is listed on the US EPA website as effective against SARS-CoV-2, but has not been tested specifically against the COVID-19 coronavirus as samples are not currently available.
The real magic is the tiny particle size created by combining this with the AG-series thermal foggers- less than a quarter of the size of ULV and cold fogger systems, this is about as effective as you can get in treating your venue.
Regular disinfectant does not remain effective for very long whereas the Airguard product has fantastic benefits.
How long the FLD-05’s disinfection effect lasts is all dependent on a number of environmental conditions. Including ventilation, and the amount of human contact. For instance, if you disinfect your car for personal use; it can be effective for up to two weeks. If a car used frequently for business should ideally be disinfected each day. As a general rule, the more occupied a location is, the more frequently it should be disinfected.
FLD-05 is also safe for humans, however, you should ensure you always follow safety guidelines and directions. With a shelf life of 5 years, the disinfection fluid should be stored in a cool area out of direct sunlight. Once opened, you should also use your fluid within 6 months.
