Edwards Hire always like to work in such iconic venues as the Auckland War Memorial Museum. Our lighting team and sound designers have fun finding ways to highlight features and make the most of any landmark.  It is also an honour to provide the sound, lighting and visual effects to transform the venue for the cream of the restauranting world at what is considered the culinary equivalent of the Oscars.

Featuring famous chefs Jinu Abraham - Executive Chef, Heritage Auckland, Tom Hishon - Head Chef & Owner, Orphans Kitchen, Auckland, Daniel Wilson - Chef & partner, Huxtable & Huxtaburger, Melbourne and Catherine Adams - Pastry Chef, Whitebait Wellington, pressure was on Edwards to ensure that the ambiance matched the high standards of the food being served.

The Edwards technical crew were definitely inspired to rustle up something more than a KFC when they headed home that night!
