Guest speakers unable to attend in-person? Not a problem - we've been connecting presenters to events for years.
GoGlobal was an outstanding example of how to beam in presenters and maintain a high level of interactivity.
Hosted by the Employers and Manufacturers Association, Export NZ and Callaghan Innovation, we beamed in Diane Wang and Tom Chen, two of China's most influential entrepreneurs to speak to businesses on preparing for the future. Funny to think back then this was considered 'disruptive' and 'transformational'! Since, and especially recently, it is all in a day's work for our Edwards' Hire Team.
Edwards provided their full service – audio, visual, lighting and live streaming equipment, accompanied by technical support.
The guest speakers beamed in just fine and the workshop was 100% interactive. The only thing lost by them not being there in person was felt at the after-party!
