The IP PA amplifier range is an ideal network audio solution for multiple zones in mid sized applications. It is used to transmit program from LAN or internet to its built-in amplifier then to 100V or low impedance loudspeakers. The normal connection would be as follows: Control port via RJ45, connect to LAN switch and speaker outputs to loudspeakers. The IP network audio adapter is 19 rack mount with built-in 60 watt power amplifier (available in 60W, 120W, 240W to 350W). LAN network technology also allows this IP network audio adapter /amplifier to be installed anywhere on the LAN system, thus significant cabling cost can be saved! (not to mention the time) The biggest advantages of the network audio system are: Long distance audio transmission, simultaneous pogram tasks and non-dedicated network wiring. Multiple loudspeakers can of course be directly connected to the built-in power amplifier. Local volume can be adjusted by remote control, and write and change the IP address can also be accomplished by remote. A password is needed to access and control the equipment to avoid unintentional error. The network audio adapter also includes a local microphone input and a local line input and a volume control to adjust the speaker volume. Two reserved communication ports by RJ45 type for future upgrade. A serial communication port is provided for writing or changing the IP address. It automatically enters standby mode if no input is detected for 5 minutes and automatically leaps back into service once incoming audio input is detected. Two levels of priority output: Voice evacuation system has highest priority and local input has secondary priority over program source. However, the local input and program source priority can be customized. Indicators include output level meter, amplifier power indicator, protection indicator and equipment power indicator.
