The EC15 Network Ceiling Speaker is an economical high-performance, SIP-enabled audio solution designed for sophisticated commercial and education paging environments.

With a full-range 8" driver, the EC15 delivers rich, high-definition sound for paging, notifications, and streamed music playback.

It has an in-built microphone (with a pickup range of about 10 metres) for 2-way communication. Its discreet design ensures seamless integration into any space, while its robust feature set provides enhanced functionality for security and communication.

For 2-way communication in classroom paging situations where the teacher needs to initiate a call to the office, it is compatible with the external microphone EA-B11 which can be added, but for simple paging where the endpoint can reply to a call from the office, this has the microphone already included.

Key Features:

• Integrated IP Audio: The EC15 supports SIP paging with a wideband G.722 codec for crystal-clear HD voice. It also supports Multicast and Peer-to-Peer (P2P) data sharing for communication within a local network without a central server.

• Powerful & Efficient: A built-in Class D amplifier provides a rated power of 15W, delivering a maximum sound pressure level (SPL) of 108dB. The speaker offers full and consistent coverage with a frequency range of 60Hz-17KHz

• Versatile Power & Installation: The SC15 supports standard PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) for power and data transmission over a single network cable, simplifying installation. It can also be powered by an external DC24V 2A supply.

• Advanced Compatibility: The speaker is compatible with ONVIF-supported Video Management Software (VMS), allowing for event-linked paging and emergency notifications through collaboration with IP cameras. It also supports the ZYCOO BM11 Mic for talk-back and call initiation functionality.

• Economical and Secure: Constructed from ABS with a metal mesh grille, the EC15 is lightweight, economical and designed for indoor use.
