Here’s how it will work once you get in touch.
Personal Service
One of our Account Mangers will be assigned to you personally. You deal with the same person the whole way through. They might invite you to our demo room to see our gear in action, they might come to you, or your venue.
They’ll decide on the exact equipment and create a clear and transparent quotation. Once the budget is confirmed we will lock your event into our booking system.
Behind the Scenes
We purchase any new equipment required and build or order any bespoke solutions. We will coordinate with your venue.
Things change? No problem.
We know plans change, and we’ll revise our design and equipment as required.
On the Day
We arrive, unload, test and test again. With access to speaker presentations in advance, we check they run (and modify if necessary).
The Event
You won’t know we are there!
The Aftermath
The Event Organiser and MC can head home, put their feet up and enjoy a hard earned wine or beer. We’ll pack down.
