Choosing the 2N public address system, the school opted for a modern, cost-effective solution that leverages their existing LAN/Wi-Fi network, eliminating the need for expensive audio cabling. This innovative approach not only made the system easy to install and relocate but also linked it to their VOIP telephone system for added accessibility. According to Principal Ramsay, the new system has been a game-changer, replacing the outdated method of using student runners and written messages with a simple, click-to-speak interface. Looking ahead, the school is excited about the system's potential for empowering senior students to manage their own announcements and exploring future capabilities, such as running a school radio station and integrating with the alarm system for automated emergency messages.
